Thank you so much for supporting Protect Oxley Beach Port Macquarie. Your willingness to speak up and become involved is greatly appreciated.

Planning Proposal PP-2025-1474 (Ocean Pool, Oxley Beach, Port Macquarie) is currently at the Gateway assessment stage. This is a critical point in the process and an important opportunity for our community to influence the outcome before the proposal progresses further.

To assist you, below is a link to Member Documentation which contains a number of letter templates and a contact list. The contact list shows many of the Ministers, agencies and decision-makers that Protect Oxley Beach has written to, with letters tailored to each portfolio. You are very welcome to use these templates as a starting point and personalise them with your own concerns, experiences and reasons for supporting the protection of Oxley Beach. Individual voices and unique messages are often the most powerful.

These templates have been prepared specifically for supporters and volunteers assisting our campaign. You are kindly asked that they not be circulated or distributed more broadly, except where you are directly helping others to prepare their own submissions. Keeping our strategy and correspondence within our supporter network helps ensure our efforts remain effective and prevents those promoting the proposal from gaining access to material intended to support community advocacy.
